Q. Why isn’t my WiFi working?

Test your connectivity as outlined above to make sure your Internet is working properly.  Turn off the power to your router, count to ten, and turn it back on.  After a minute or two for your router to “lock on,” make sure you can see your network (SSID) on your wireless device and make sure you are successfully signed on to your network.
