We Now Accept In-Office Payments

While Practicing Safe, Social Distancing

 

Dear TDS Customer,

TDS is committed to providing you with the best service possible, and we continue to take steps to serve you as we all cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.

We remain steadfast in protecting the health and safety of our customers and employees by encouraging you to stay home and pay your bill online, by phone or mail. We are currently accepting in-person payments during normal business hours at our Mooresville office location while enforcing safe, social distancing practices. We also suggest customers use the drop box located in the TDS parking lot.

As always, you can make safe, secure payments via check, credit card, or mail. Here’s how to do that:

  • CHECK Payments: You can use your checking account to pay online at OurTDS.com. Check payments can also be mailed along with your payment stub to our payment center for processing (see address below).
  • CREDIT CARD Payments: Credit card payments can be made online at OurTDS.com or by calling 1-877-381-6192.
  • CASH Payments: We do accept cash payments, however we do encourage checks or money orders.

Our Mooresville office currently remains open but may not maintain regular hours. If you absolutely need to see us in person, please visit OurTDS.com to see our up-to-date office hours listed under our COVID-19 updates. Please know that we will allow only one customer inside our office at a time.
