Overnight Interruptions Impacting Cornelius Customers

As a result of third-party damage to our network, we are aware that some customers in Cornelius and Davidson are still experiencing service outages. To resolve this issue, we plan to begin splicing new fiber during a restoration period from Jan. 28 into the morning of Jan. 29, from approximately 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. Note that additional customers may lose service during this period, which is being done overnight to minimize the impact and allow us to restore services to all our customers.

Our crews made significant progress these past few days, and are currently readying for the necessary next steps, including overnight splicing.
