What will my new bill look like?

A: Link to attachment here.

How do I start paying my bill online once I receive a TDS bill in the mail?

A: Visit ourtds.com, Click on “myAccount” button or “Pay my bill”. Create a new login and password on the TDS login page using contact information or information on the TDS bill.

Customers using TVE should continue to use their Continuum credentials to access TVE content. Visit our TVE page for more information.

How do I continue automatic payments from my bank?

A: You will need to contact your bank with a new payment address and an updated account number. Your account number can be found on your first bill or by creating a TDS MyAccount and scrolling down to “My Account Information.”

How will I know the billing change has occurred?

A: Initially you’ll be mailed a bill rather than an emailed invoice. To resume online billing, you’ll need to enroll for a TDS MyAccount and ePay account to resume paying TDS online. Instructions will be posted to OurTDS.com in May.

Are there any fees to pay with TDS ePay?

A: There are no fees to pay via bank account, debit card, and credit card with online billing. TDS offers a rush payment option (fee applies) that can help you avoid a late payment charge.

Will my automatic payments continue to process?

No. TDS will not withdraw payments for bills sent after April 15 due to the billing conversion. Bills will no longer state “DRAFTED” if TDS is not going to withdraw payment. Customers can pay your April invoice by mailing a check, visiting the Mooresville office, or by phone (fee applies).

Will my first TDS bill reflect an accurate account balance

A: Yes. Payments made in April prior to your first TDS bill will be applied to your account.

If I create a TDS MyAccount, will my bill be emailed monthly?

A: No. TDS will send you email notifications when a new bill is ready. Customers can access a PDF of their invoice in the TDS ePay portal.

What changes will affect my bill arrival and payment due date?

A: All customers will have an additional 5 days to pay their bill after the billing conversion.

How can I view my statements from previous months?

A: Statements will not be carried over to TDS ePay. We suggest downloading old statements prior to April 28. You’ll be able to contact TDS customer service to request old statements.

Are there any changes to the late fee charges?

Once late fees are reinstituted, the late fee will increase by $1.05 to $10.00.

Are there any changes to the Terms of Service?

A: Yes. Please view the Terms of Service online after 5/2/2022 to read the changes.
